Drive in Sci-Fi: The 7th oyage of Simbad (1958) 7thjourneyofsimbad1958p

This is the first movie about it, what happened to the other 6 voyages?
We open with some badly done hand drawing on what looks like Persian empire or whatever. Then we see a ship full of starwed crew lead by Sinbad. His name is interesting.... SinBad. guess they really could tell the future when they created the original tales. Though the name is originally refereed to as SindBad which in Persian means "Lord of the Sindh River". Well the ship finally finds an island and decides to stop there and search for food. They enter the island and meet a magician running away from a Cyclops. they decide to attack it with machetes while the mage escapes and calls a genie, who seems to be a silly little boy. The genie does build a barrier and they try to escape via boat, but the cyclops throw a rock at them and sinks their vessel. this leads to them dropping the lamp and cyclops finding it. The mage is named Sakura. He wants to get the lamp back, but Sinbad wants to go to Bagdad instead and ignores the mages demand. Another great name, BagDad.
They arive at Bagdad, exchange a bunch of royalties dialogue and other nonesense. Then the mage asks a sultan for a ship that coudl return him to the island of Collosa. However he refuses it. The Sakura then performs for the royal family. He creates a medusa in front of them, or at least a 4 handed serpent woman. The sheichs still does not want to give him a ship with a crew, so he tries to foretell the future. He tells of great war but they do not believe him and banish him from the city for it. Instead he shrinks the princess. He then leaves her so small for everyone to see. For this her father promises to destroy Bagdad. So they go back to the magician and asks him if he can restore her to the size. However potion needs an ingredient only found in Collosa. So they said with a crew composed of thieves and murders, because other people are too afraid to sail to the island. The new crew revolts and tries to take over the ship. However Sinbad beats them all down in fist fighting. They do win in the end because they say they will kill the magician. However they all are driven mad by the sound of a demon island to which they stumble during the night. Only the good guys survive because they were prepared for that, and the evil leader apparently has no effect.
Those that survive the night land at Collosa at the morning. They split in two groups and start searching fr the huge bird whose egg is the needed component. They find a treasure and decide to take it instead of what they came for. evil thieves. but Cyclops find them before time and this leads to them leaving the treasure, and one of them even dieing. They get kidnapped by Cyclops. The mage tries to get the lamp while Cyclops is busy, but he ultimately fails, meanwhile Sinbad manages to escape and all hell breaks loose as everyone tries to get away form Cyclops who seems angry and lost. They manage to kill the cyclops and get the lamp. huray for them. They also get the egg from the bird with no problems.
The princess enter the magic lamp to hide inside while they go to the mages castle to make a restore size potion. he talks with a genie and finds out he wants to be free, not a genie slave. He tells the princess of his longing for freedom and how he can be called out of the lamp. In a battle with a giant twoheaded chicken the mage manages to steal the small princess but forgets the lamp. the lamp now belong to sinbad apparently and genie wants to help him.
The mage returns the princess to full size in exchange for a lamp and Sinbad agrees. however he will only give the lamp back when he gets to a ship to which mage doesnt agree ad now we got a stop motion fight with a skeleton. Sinbad kicks his ass and chases after the mage. However it turns our the mage is chasing them with a help of cyclops, dragon and falling bridges. However the genie helps them by spawning a rope against this one. then they throw genie inside lava "to set him free", and so they run for their lives from dragon. they use a giant arballesta to kill the dragon once it comes to shore. the dragon apeprently forgot it can breathe fire so he just runs randomly and attempts to eat people. but he eventually dies from that huge arror and mage is left alone on the island full of cyclops.
At the end they escape the planey with full grown princess, a genie without magical powers and full cabin of cyclops creasures.
