Hi Guys I am going to be building a computer next school holidays with my uncle, Im on a budget of about $1000-1100
so its not going to be as good as nomads obviously but I should still be able to get a decent one in my price range.

PC Specs:Computer Parts-

CPU: AMD AM3 Phenom II x4 925 2.80Ghz Quad core $154
Motherboard: Asus M4A79XTD-EVO $131
Graphics card: HIS 1GB 5770 PCI-E VGA Card $179
Hard Drive: Seagate SATA 500gb HDD $54
Optical Drive: LG Sata Black DVD RW $28
RAM: 4gb DDR3 RipJaws 1333mhz $139
Case: Antec 200 v2 $65
Power Supply: Crosair VX550 watt $103
Monitor: 20" Asus VH202T $158
Keyboard: Logitech NewTouch 200 $14
Mouse: Logitech M500 $32
Speakers: Edifier M1350 2.1 $29
AntiVirus: OEM Kapersky Internet security 2010 $18
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit (Getting it for free from my uncle)

Total for everthing- $1090

Hell Excited about getting it especially because new games are comeing out very soon.

looks like a solid build mate, and the fact that your in new zealand makes it much more expensive to build well for cheap, it will be a big step up from your current machine and that's the purpose of a upgrade...enjoy it when it comes mate.
